Okay first of all I want to make two things clear; I love science and I never write anything that holds length and depth. In my last post I attempted to convey a message that keeps my head above water when it comes to the pressures of day-to-day life. I am not sure the best route to take but maybe the best way forward is to dive right in and hope you guys understand my point of view on life.
1. MIRACLE
The fact that we are alive and have a chance to sit on our arses all day and night blogging, eating, texting, making love and humor is the biggest miracle. I find it madness that 99.9% of the earths population seem to live as if they are a character in a game. They just exist. They are just there. They don’t think deeper and look at the details in life, look up at the stars at night and feel like their brains have melted and settled around their feet.
2. WE ARE ON A FUCKING ROCK FLOATING IN ENDLESS SPACE
Everyone has times when they find things too much to handle and we let our emotions get the better of us, be it work related stress, friend issues or relationships. At times in my life when things have really been almost too much to handle one thing that always puts things into perspective is… we are on a fucking rock floating in endless space. We seem to create our own little universes around ourselves and make things into a huge catastrophe. Sometimes you need to look into the sky and really imagine the scales and beauty of whats above us 24/7. Then you you will realize that there was no need to get so worked up about an issue in the first place.
3. LOOK AT THINGS FROM A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE
I cannot believe that the world fights over the smallest issues. We fight over pieces of a rock that none of us built or earned in the first place. We are animals after all but for one day could we all please just grow up and look at things from a different perspective. To try and make things easier for all of you I took the liberty of finding a different perspective that we can all use:

That is all of us. That is every war. Every kiss. Every laugh. Every fuck, hug, life, friendship, worry, fear, mistake, EVERYTHING. Everything that has ever existed has all happened in the space of those few pixels on your computer screen. Now with that thought in mind remember that that photo was taken by a robot we sent to Mars. The closest ball of rock to Earth. If that thought does not humble and help you understand how special you are and how special we are then you are already gone.
Thank you for your time.
